Relationship with Food Coaching

I help women to better understand and manage mindless and emotional eating patterns without deprivation.

Occasional emotional and mindless eating are components of normal eating - but the frequency of these tendencies can wreak havoc on our emotional and physical health if left unaddressed.

I can help you better understand and manage your relationship with food, the different types of hunger that may be driving non-physical urges to eat, and how to apply appetite awareness to your food choices and redirects.

Areas of specialty include:

  • Teaching evidence-based strategies for reducing emotional and compulsive overeating patterns

  • Enhancing your appetite cue awareness for making more informed food choices

  • Identifying the hunger(s) that are triggering the urge to eat when not hungry

  • Exploring how body image and cultural messaging impact our relationship with food and how to manage
